Event Planning
This package includes coordinating everything needed for your event. We will help find a location, vendors, and decorations. We will coordinate with all vendors, establish a schedule, and make sure your guests know where to be. Our staff will be onsite the day of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. We work with vendors on when to arrive, coordinate their parking, and communicate the details for the event. We handle all of the event needs so you can enjoy your guests.
Personal Assistant (weddings)
Our Staff are available to help with all day or with any last minute issues that arise with guests, wedding parties, or vendors. We will also ensure that the bride and groom remain stress and worry free, happy, well-fed, and hydrated.
Event Coordination
We will help set up decorations, table settings, dessert tables, and any other items and even help take it down at the end of the night. We will be on site from start to finish to ensure everything goes as planned. Ceremony Coordination is included if the event is a wedding.
Ceremony Coordination
Our staff will ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and on time.We will coordinate your rehearsal and help everyone understand what their role is on the day of your wedding. The day of the ceremony we will be on site to make sure that your wedding is as wonderful as you dreamt it would be.
